My Dark Dominion

1 ) I am 5′ 8.
I am reasonably tall for my age. Especially around my crowd. I am annoyingly tall when I’m around with my “not-so” tall crowd. >_< Anyway, I don’t consider myself THAT tall as I’m only 5′ 8 and there are taller. ^_^ Now, if I become six feet, THAT would be tall o_O

2 ) I suck at sports.
Was never good at it. Sucked at it ever since the beginning of time =/ The [sports =P] ball hates me… Does the exact opposite of what I instruct it to do >_> !!! The only sport that I am the least bit good at is Basketball, and that is because of my height. Other than that, I still suck at basketball just as much as all others :eyeroll:

3 ) I watch A LOT of anime.
Yeah, I do. It’s my past-time. I do it a lot. I watch numerous anime. And I like it. ^_^ People DO tell me that I don’t look the “anime-watching” kind of guy … But what can I say? Looks can be deceiving eh? ^_^

4 ) I have never had a girlfriend.
I have mentioned this in one of my other entries as well, but to those of whom that didn’t bother read it, this is still new =P I haven’t had a girlfriend is due to two reasons. One, I am afraid of commitment and don’t want to have any regrets unless I’m sure I’m sure. Two, I fell in love with a girl when I was in Preschool and couldn’t get over her but got REALLY hurt when I let her go, never wanted that to happen again =/

5 ) I am really bad at Dhivehi and Islam
Dhivehi and Islam, almost everyone’s most dreaded subjects. Almost everyone has a grudge against them because they can be annoying to learn >_< As for me, I just hate Dhivehi. Because … it’s Dhivehi. To me, dhivehi makes no sense >_> It has so many grammatical rules that make are just DUMB!… And I hate Islam because, well, it’s written in even annoying-er Dhivehi. “^_^

6 ) I have a “never lie” policy.
I don’t lie. Even to my mom. Well, no, I don’t tell my parents EVERYTHING either, but if they ask. I tell them the truth. “^_^ I find it easier to tell the truth as it avoids them finding out the REAL truth and me being grounded again. + Even though I do something bad, and when I tell her the truth about it when mom asks me, I get 1/2 the punishment I should be getting… =P Telling the truth ain’t so bad, believe me. I recently told mom that I was on the phone with a girl ages older than me for more than 2 hours when mom had asked me to go and study, even then, mom didn’t scream/ask who she was/ground me AT ALL ^_^

7 ) I suck at guessing games.
I am very bad at it. It’s like, if you ask me to guess something, even about one’s identity on the other line of a phone call, there is 75% chance I will get it wrong. >_>. So, next time you ask me to guess something, don’t bother. =P You know I’ll get it wrong anyway.

8 ) Once, a 20 year old fell in love with me.
For only a brief phone call + a couple more days. “^_^ Well, she was feeling down because her boyfriend became her ex-boyfriend, and as always, I offered to help her through her hardships Well, at first I just listened to her and helped her through ^_^ But she kind of got overboard later on. Yeah, I can’t blame her. She was vulnerable at that time, she was THIS close to a rebound guy, and I was there to make her feel better =/ I told her it could not happen I know I could have hit it on awesomely with the girl, Yes. She was hot. But lets just say, I was pretty sure she would want things I wasn’t ready to give her yet =P Later, she was clever enough to come to her senses =) and now, she’s gone off with another guy she met along the way. We’re still friends ^_^

9 ) I can’t count further than 20 in Dhivehi numerals.
I am a superman at Mathematics [in English]. But still, counting in Dhivehi is like … SO DAMN HARD O_O There is no such similarity between one number and the other. The next-time you ask me which is “Theyvees” in English. You can bet 10 bucks or more that I wouldn’t know without asking someone >_<.
And yeah, “Theyvees” is 23. My little sister helped me ^_^

10 ) I used to wear spectacles.
Yeah, this was around late grade 3 till grade 5. I don’t wear them now ‘cux Doc told me it was temporary and that, as of now, my eyes are totally awesome. ^_^ Yes, I did look a bit more geekier with the specs but I still remember getting a “You look a lot like Harry Potter.” comment from a 8 year old. [She was 8 then, must be 10 / 11 now.] =P

11 ) My room is painted lime-green because…
It’s lime-green. It looks like a green apple with yellow outlining :eyeroll: and I asked my parents to paint my room in this colour when I was in grade 3. I knew this would be the colour I would be surrounded by for the rest of years in this house, but I still chose this colour >_< I don’t even really like lime-green. I don’t dislike it either, but still. =/ And I painted my room in this colour because… Well, I used to have a crush on this, really hot chick in my class back then =P. We were really good friends then. The reason why I painted it green was because, back then, she considered green to be her favourite colour. >_< Ask me why GREEN was her fav. colour? She was a REALLY huge fan of Harry Potter back then and she said his eyes were in green colour [Don't know if this is true or not, never bothered to check.] >_> So that’s why…Seriously dumb eh?

12 ) I HATE hanging up on people.
Especially females. I just don’t like hanging up on them because… I don’t know. I just feel better. And if anyone asks me why I do this, I just tell them I’m “practicing” so that no matter how annoying a girl I meet in the near future, I wouldn’t hang up on them coldly. I have this friend who I talk to these days, who is SO stubborn, she doesn’t hang up on me even when get down on my knees to beg >_> Once, we even waited for one another to hang-up for more than 1/2 an hour. I hate her =P [I know she's reading this too ^_^] so, all females out there, please feel free to hang up on me ^_^

13 ) The reason why I started to blog is..
Remember the “green-girl” I mentioned in point no. 11? Well, she was the reason why I started blogging =P At first, my blog consisted of ONLY poems which I wrote about life, her, other friends of mine and her. It was just recently when I bothered writing such long stuff about utter nonsense There was this one other guy who inspired me to blog too. His blog is called *Mŷ ŞŏFţ ŞĩĐę* [ended in the year 2006] made for his “imaginary lost girlfriend” all to satisfy his readers. In my years of blogging, I’ve had 3 of them; the first one was called “Cries for Love.” As I matured through, I hated the name so I changed the URL and name of the blog to “So-Called Me.” It’s closed now. Then later I opened “Hephaestus” which was my best blog ever. Until some people started spamming the place. It’s still there on the blogosphere. I kept it, for memories You can read through it if you have nothing better to do. Don’t bother commenting as I rarely visit. If you have anything to say about it, let me know on MSN ^_^. So I started this, a new beginning ^_^ My Dark Dominion

14 ) Yesterday [31/5] was my 14th birthday.
Uhh yeah .. ^_^ I was born on 31st May 14 years ago. =D
